Object restoration «Context link» |
Scroll |
When working with an assembly that has context linksThe object Context link, corresponding to the operation or sketch, can be deleted. If this operation/sketch is edited later, then a new object Context Link will appear in the Assembly Tree instead of the deleted one. He will be placed at the end of the Tree, so the result of the operation will be rebuilt taking into account all the changes made in the assembly.
If several objects were deleted in an assembly Context Link and it is necessary for them to reappear, you can restore all these objects simultaneously using the Restore in the current assembly command.
After calling the command, objects Context Link will be created for all context links of the assembly that are missing these objects. The objects that appear are arranged one after another at the end of the Assembly Design Tree. If required, you can move objects Contextual Link to the desired location of the Tree. This allows obtaining the required geometry of assembly components (see section). Controlling the geometry of the component using contextual links).
If an assembly contains subassemblies, it may be necessary to restore objects Context Link not only in the top-level assembly but also in the subassemblies. For this, the Restore in the current assembly and components command is used.
After running the command, Context Link objects will be created both in the assembly itself and in the subassembly components at all levels of nesting.

The command actions for object recovery Context link apply only to the current execution of the assembly and its components. |

When working with assembly models of earlier versions, situations may arise where the contextual link exists in the assembly, but the corresponding Contextual Link object is missing. For example, if the component assembly model has several instances and when opening the assembly, the active instance has objects not linked to the assembly, then in the case of switching to another instance (with contextual links), the Contextual Link objects will not appear automatically. To create these objects, use the object restoration commands Context link described above. |
