For fixing the angle of inclination of a straight-line object, the Fix Angle 
command is used.
Step-by-step instructions
1.Specify an object to fix its slope angle (segment, centerline, broken line, etc.).
The constraint Fixed Angle will be applied to the object.
In a fragment, a slope angle of an object is fixed in the absolute coordinate system whereas in a drawing it is fixed in the coordinate system of the view in which the object is located.
2.To complete the command, click Finish 
button.
The Fixed Angle constraint can be automatically applied when constructing objects in parametric mode. To do this, the Snaps and Fix Angle options must be enabled in the Parametrize list when setting up parametric mode. Parametric mode is configured for a graphic document in the Parametrization section of the setup dialog, and for a sketch in a model, in the Sketch section. The constraint will be applied when entering an object's defining point using Fix Angle.
