You can set the text parameters of the dimension captions for parts and assemblies in the Size caption section of the settings dialog box.
To access the section, call the command Settings — Parameters... 
and in the dialog box that appears, select Current document — Dimensions — Size caption.

The preview window shows the appearance of the text. This allows you to visually evaluate the changes made.

The field allows you to enter a value for the distance between lines of text.

After completing the settings, click the dialog box Apply and close. To exit the dialog box without changing the settings, click Cancel.
