Group BOMs |
Scroll |
If the specified product has more than one version, then the standard requires that the group BOMs are created.
The following group BOMs according to GOST 2.113–75 can be created in KOMPAS-3D:
•option B using forms 1, 1a, 1b, 1c,
•option B with max. three versions using form 5,
•option A using forms 1 and 1a (GOST R 2.106–2019).
The general procedure for creating a group BOM:
1.Creating a BOM (see section Creating a BOM document).
2.Changing the style of the created BOM, i.e. the choice of the style corresponding to the BOM option (see section Current BOM).
3.Configuring the current BOM in the corresponding the dialog.
3.1. Setting the number of versions of the specified product (section BOM Current BOM settings dialog box.
3.2. Versions setting (section Versions Current BOM settings dialog box
4.BOM filling.
Note on entering the text part of the group BOM items: when creating such items, several cells for entering quantities will be available. Their number is equal to the number of versions of the specified product defined in the BOM settings. When entering a group BOM item, the user can specify the quantity of such items for each version.
For convenience, the number of the current version — the version with the cursor is displayed in the message cell at the bottom of the Parameter Toolbar.
The number of versions configuration in the BOM for options A and B is very similar. The detailed procedure for entering quantity data for different specifications is described in the sections Type B group BOM and Group BOM – option A.
If necessary, you can edit automatically generated numbers of versions. This may be necessary, for example, to enter additional version numbers. The detailed procedure for editing execution numbers in specifications for options A and B is described in the section Editing version numbers.
The remaining techniques, incl. attaching BOM items to documents, working with advanced options, etc., are the same as when working with a normal BOM (see. section Working with a BOM document).
