Changing a component position in a mirrored version |

To change the position of a component in a mirrored version the Place Component command is used in the component context menu in the Design Tree. The command is available in the following cases.
•The link of the component with the component of the original version is disabled or the component is added to the mirrored version after its creation.
In this case, the command starts the process of placing the components of the model (see section Changing Position of a Component).
•The component is linked with the component of the original version and is obtained by the Symmetric Location method or Mirroring of Component method with the resulting operation of Display component in mirrored view (see sections Mirroring parameters, Selecting the result of component mirroring and Configuring position of a component with symmetrical placement).
In this case, the command starts the process of configuring the component reflection parameters (see section Changing the Component Mirroring Parameters).
For all other components (i.e., components obtained by mirroring with the resulting mirrored version or model saved to a file) the command is not available.

If the component is a local part, then the Place component command is available only if the connection of this component with the component of the original version is disabled. |
