Adding text of leader caption |

Input of the text of leader caption is performed in the text input subprocess. The subprocess is started after mouse click in the Text field on the Parameter Panel or in a text box on the phantom of designation, as well as after pressing any of the alphanumeric keys on the keyboard.
While working in the subprocess, you can generate a designation caption and tune its look and feel, for example, to select the font, set the height of characters, etc.
The caption text is entered into a text box on the designation phantom. Double-clicking this field allows to switch to insertion of a text template.
To input multiple lines on one landing, use the <Enter> key to split text into lines.
To switch to entering text of the next landing, use the <Shift> + <Enter> keys or the <Tab> key.
To insert tabulation while inputting text, press the <Ctrl> + <Tab> keys.
The text of leader caption may contain a link another text object and may be source of link. More details on links...
After entering the text of the caption, press the Create Object 
button. The system will return to the process for creation of a designation.

If text parameters (a font, height, color, etc.) in all the designations of a leader caption differ from the current default parameters, then it is recommended not to configure each label separately, but to set required parameters as default. For this, use the External caption — Text option of the current document settings dialog. |
