Setting up the color of text elements displayed in the document window is performed in the Color of text elements dialog. The dialog appears on the screen after fetching the command Settings — Parameters... — System — Screen — Color of text elements. In this dialog, you can set up the color of font for the text elements and the color of underlining while running the spellcheck.

Description of setting

Color...

The button allows to set the color of that text element in whose line it is placed. After pressing the button, a standard color selection Windows dialog opens.

References

Controls of the group allow to set the font color of links in different states. The Color... button is available if the option conforming to the state of the link is enabled. If the option is disabled, then the color setup is impossible, and the link is displayed in black.

Valid links are those which retain contact with the source object.

Invalid links are links that have lost their relation to the source object (see section on links to objects). References).

Requiring update – links in which changes to the source have not yet been reflected. Links requiring update may appear in reports with data in the form of links (see section Data in the form of links) and in associative reports (see section Associative reports) after modification of the report source document.

Underline

Controls of the group allow to set the color for underlining the following text fragments:

those in which, based on the results of spellcheck, spelling and grammatical errors are assumed,

those for which the language of spellcheck is not set, or as the language attribute the Do not checkoption was selected.

For more details on spelling checking, see section Spell check.

Having completed the color setting of text elements, press the OK button. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.

Setup of colors for document display does not apply to the print preview mode (see section Print Preview). The background color in this mode is white, and the colors of objects depend on the print settings.
