Set numbering when creating

This option controls the auto-numbering of technical requirements paragraphs when they are entered. If this option is enabled, the numbering of technical requirements paragraphs is set automatically. Enabling or disabling this option does not affect technical requirements already existing in the current drawing.

Place technical requirements on the last pages of the document

This option controls the default location of technical requirements.

If this option is enabled, the page of technical requirements is automatically formed on the last page of the document. If the volume of technical requirements text exceeds the page size, a new page is formed on the previous sheet. The text of technical requirements is distributed between the pages as follows.

The beginning of technical requirements is moved to the page of the previous sheet, and it is filled in completely. The

text that goes beyond this page is placed on the page of technical requirements located on the last sheet.

Newly entered technical requirements will fill this page. If, when continuing to enter technical requirements, their volume again exceeds the page size, the next page on the previous sheet will be automatically formed and the text of technical requirements will be redistributed between the pages in the same way as discussed above.

If this option is disabled, the page of technical requirements is formed on the first sheet of the drawing. If the volume of the technical requirements text exceeds the page size, a new page is automatically formed to the left of the first sheet frame. The beginning of the technical requirements remains on the first sheet of the drawing.

The state of this option determines the result of the Auto placement of technical requirements command. Enabling or disabling this option affects the technical requirements positioning only if it has not been changed manually (see Placing technical requirements on the drawing).

Synchronize technical requirements

This option controls the automatic transfer of technical requirements from the model to the drawing. If this option is enabled, the technical requirements defined in the model are transferred to the drawing when creating an associative view; if it is disabled, they are not transferred. The conditions for transferring technical requirements from model to drawing and how to update them after editing are described in the following section Transfer of technical requirements from model to drawing. Synchronization.
