Simplified Model Rendering Mode |
Scroll |
In the Simplified Rendering mode, relatively small components and solids in parts and assemblies are replaced with parallelepipeds of corresponding dimensions and colors.
This occurs in the following cases:
•shift and rotation of the model with the mouse or using the Shift and Rotate commands,
•changing orientation and scale (if smoothness is enabled in the orientation change setting ),
•setting small display scale,
•shift and rotation of individual components (under certain conditions).
After completing change of the position or scale, as well as after zooming in, the model display is restored. The simplified mode is available for all types of model display.
Use the Simplified Rendering
command to enable the Simplified Rendering mode.
Use the System Settings dialog to configure the Simplified Rendering mode (see sections Model and Other).

When working with a model containing components, note the following feature. If none of the component objects is taken into account in determining the size (see section Size), then in the Simplified Rendering of the model, this component is not shown in the graphic area. |
Notes on Simplifying Subassemblies
Simplified Rendering of subassemblies has the following features.
•The parallelepiped that replaces a subassembly is displayed in a color defined for this subassembly when setting its properties. Colors defined for individual parts are not taken into account.
•If the assembly is exploded, the parallelepiped that replaces the subassembly is located in space according to the explosion parameters specified for this subassembly. The explosion parameters specified for individual subassembly parts are ignored.
