The designation caption containing only number or a letter can be created by means of commands of the context menu of the Text field. The menu contains the following commands.

•Character and Number — allow to insert a letter or a number into the label.Specify the necessary number or letter in the submenu of the selected command.
The list of letters available in the submenu Character, as well as their sequence in the list, is determined by the enumeration set in the subsection Coordinate Axes–General Settings in the dialog for setting up the current document. Dual letters are not entered into the list– they are formed automatically after the last letter of the list was used.

•Add index "c" – allows to add index to the designation.

The generated caption is displayed in the Text field on the Parameter Panel.

If it is required to enter text manually, click in the Text field or press any of the alphanumeric keys on the keyboard. Will start Subprocess of text inputIn the graphic area, a table for input of inscription text will appear. The table includes three fields.

•The text which should be located before designation of an axis is entered into the first field.

•The second field is intended for input of designation of an axis. Double click with the mouse in this field invokes a list of letters and digits. If you enter a character and a number in the field, the part that comes first in the designation will change if the auto continue in the designation, the part that is at the first position will change. If the dual letter and number are entered, then the dual letter following one after another and former number is suggested.

•The text which should be located after designation of axis is entered into the third field. Into this field, the "c" index is placed.

Double click in the first or third field allows to switch to insertion of a text template.

To quickly switch between the text fields, use <Tab> key.

If the length of a line of the input text turns out to be more than the diameter of a mark circle, there will be an automatic reduction of width of characters in the caption.

While working in the Add Text subprocess, you can generate a designation caption and tune its look and feel, for example, to select the font, set the height of characters, etc.

Having completed input and formatting of the text label, press Create object button. The system will return to process of creation of a coordination axis.
