In KOMPAS-3D, it is possible to construct:
•Fillet,
To create a fillet at the intersection of two objects by a circular arc, use the Rounding
command. This command also allows you to connect two non-parallel objects with no common intersection points by a circular arc.
Step-by-step instructions
1.Set the fillet radius in the field Radius in the Parameter Panel.
2.Specify two objects between which you want to build a fillet.
The fillet will be created automatically. Its style coincides with the style of the first of these objects.

Some types of objects cannot be used to create fillets. Such objects include, for example, multilines, centerlines, break lines. These objects are not available for selection when you run the Rounding command. |
3.To complete the command, click the button "Finish

Additional features when building...
Fillet Object Corners
command allows to round the corners of the following objects with circular arcs: contour, polyline, rectangle, polygon, multiline.

It is impossible to apply the Fillet Object Corners command to a rectangle/polygon split into segments and to a polyline in a sketch (it is automatically divided into segments). |
Step-by-step instructions
1.Set the fillet radius in the field Radius in the Parameter Panel.
2.The fillet is built either at the specified corner, or at all corners of the object. To select the required option, in the Process Angles group, click the Specified
or All
button. You can temporarily switch between these options by pressing <Ctrl>.
3.Click the object segment next to the corner you want to fillet. To fillet all corners, specify any point of the object.
Fillet will be automatically built. They have the same style as the object.
4.To complete the command, click Finish
