Reference |
Press this button to create or change a link to the detailing object. On the screen, there will appear the Create Link dialog. Set the required link parameters and press OK. After creation of a link, an associative link between the view and the detailing object – a source of link – will be built. On the Parameter Panel, the Designation, Sheet and Zone will appear (these buttons are described below). The associative link is created automatically during automatic creation of a view, which is started after adding a cut/section line, a leader element, a view arrow, designation of a unit, or a unit in section into the drawing. |
The button is not available, since for the View in Arrow Direction, Cut/Section, Leader Element The associativity with a design object is created automatically and cannot be broken, whereas other associative views cannot be linked with design objects. |

|
Designation |
The button is present on the Parameter Toolbar (and is held) if a view is associatively linked to the detailing object. At the same time, the designation of a detailing object is displayed in the view caption. To break up an associative link, release the button. The link will be broken up, the designation will disappear from the view caption, and the button – from the Parameter Toolbar. If it is required to generate a link again, press the Reference button. |
The button is present on the Parameter Toolbar while setting up the View in arrow direction, Cut/sections, Leader Element. If the button is pressed, the designation of a detailing object is displayed in the view caption, and if not pressed, then not. If the view caption contains a designation, then the view name in the Drawing Design Tree consists of the following parts: the name of image type (for example, Cut) and designations (for example, A-A). In this case, the name of a view is displayed in italic font and is unavailable for editing. |
|
|
Unfolded |
If the button is pressed, then the view caption displays the "expanded" sign, and not if not clicked. |
The "expanded" sign is displayed in the view caption with the button pressed: •for the Arbitrary, Projective and By Arrow If the view itself shows the flat pattern of a sheet solid (i.e., if the option Flat Pattern is enabled in the view settings), •For fill Cut/Section and Leader Element — if a flat pattern of a sheet solid is shown in the reference view. |
|
|
Scale |
If the button is pressed, then the view caption displays the scaled set for this view, and not if not pressed. While creating a new view, its caption may automatically include a scale if it does not match the scale set in the title block of the drawing. This depends on the state of the option Include in the caption the scale different from the one specified in the main caption in the settings dialog. Regardless of the setup, you can enable/disable display of the scale in the view caption by pressing the Scale manually. |

Rotated |

Notes on adding the rotation angle value and the "Rotated" sign to the caption of the associative view
While setting up the parameters of a Projective view, view By Arrow, Cut/Section and Leader Element Note the following feature.
If the reference view of an associative view was rotated, then after disabling the projection link the value of rotation angle set for the reference view is transferred into the Rotation angle field of the associative view. At the same time, neither the value of angle, nor the Rotatedsignage are added into the caption, even if the respective buttons are pressed. That is caused by the fact that the rotation angle relative to its reference view remains equal to zero.
If the value of rotation angle of the associative view changes (i.e. the position of the view relative to the reference view changes), then the value of the angle and the Rotatedsignage are added into the caption (the respective buttons should be pressed).
