You can create or edit report styles when working with style libraries in the Report Styledialog.

Step-by-step instructions

1.Invoke the report style setup dialog:

To create a new style — select the library section containing it and click Create style ,

to edit an existing style — select the style and click Edit .

This opens the Report Styledialog, containing a style setup window and a toolbar. When you create a new style, the window is empty, but when you edit an existing style, it contains a set of columns with properties defined.

2.Enter the style name in the Style Name field.

3.Create a set of columns for report table and configure their parameters. Each column corresponds to one property of the object included in the report.
Operations with columns — add, delete, move — are performed using the toolbar buttons. The columns are displayed in the dialog settings window.
To the left of the settings window there is a list of parameters for displaying columns and the data they contain. The parameter values are configured in the corresponding cells of the columns in the settings window.

4.If required, configure the table title block. To do this, click the Header button on the toolbar panel and perform the necessary actions in the Table Header dialog. To learn about working in the header settings dialog...

5.Configure the report detailing. To do this, click Checkout  and perform the required actions in the dialog of the same name. For more details on working in the detailing setup dialog...

6.To finish creating/editing the report style, click Apply. This button is available only is the style contains at least one
To exit the dialog without saving changes made, click Cancel.

You can edit the style when creating report, and, if necessary, save the edited style to the library (see section Report type configuration).
