To measure an angle formed by arbitrary points and/or straight-line objects (segments, lines, axes, etc.), use the Angle command.

Step-by-step instructions

1.Set the angle sides. For this purpose in the graphic area specify straight-line objects or points that form the sides of the corner when connected. More details on specifying angle sides...

You can select other splines Quickly view the measurement results, or you can enter them in Information window.

When you quickly view the measurement results, the angles between the selected points is displayed next to the cursor.

Without closing the command, you can measure multiple angles. Select the desired points or straight-line objects. The Information window will display the values ​​of the specified angles, as well as the difference between the measured angles and angles equal to 180° and 360°.

You can save or print the measurement results. For this purpose use the Information Window menu commands.

For precise positioning of the cursor when specifying points, use snaps or geometrical calculator in the First point and Second point fields on the Parameters toolbar.

To measure several angles with a common vertex, specify the vertex and click Remember Status on the Parameter Panel. More information about remembering parameters...

3.To complete the execution of the command, click Finish on the Parameters panel or close the Information window.
